Recruiting for Motorman - Packaging & Containers Team

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Motorman with 3-5 years of experience to join our Packaging & Containers team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of various machinery and equipment within our manufacturing plant, ensuring smooth production flow and adherence to safety standards. This role requires a 12th Pass education and a strong understanding of mechanical operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor various machines and equipment used in the packaging production process, including but not limited to, printing machines, lamination machines, and cutting machines.
- Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues, escalating complex problems to the maintenance supervisor.
- Ensure all operations are conducted in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate production logs and records.
- Assist in the setup and changeover of machinery for different product runs.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets.
