Role Summary:
We are seeking a junior Neuropsychiatrist to join our Manufacturing & Production team in Nasik, India. Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in conducting initial screenings and assessments for employees experiencing potential neurological or psychological challenges impacting their work.
* Support senior medical staff in the evaluation and diagnosis of common work-related stress, anxiety, and fatigue.
* Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
* Participate in developing and implementing wellness programs and educational sessions for employees.
* Collaborate with HR and management to ensure a healthy and safe working environment.
* Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in neuropsychiatry relevant to occupational health.
* Provide basic counseling and support under supervision.
* Aid in the interpretation of assessment results for management, focusing on workplace implications.
