We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Non-IT Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic BFSI team in Gurgaon. This role is crucial in identifying and attracting top talent for our non-technical positions across various departments, contributing directly to the growth and success of our organization. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates for non-IT roles (e.g., HR, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Legal) through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and procedures.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
