Recruiting for Non IT Recruiter - Industrial Equipment / Machinery Team (1-2 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Non IT Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic HR team at L&T's Industrial Equipment & Machinery division in Chandigarh. This role is crucial for sourcing and attracting top talent for our non-technical positions, supporting the growth and success of our operations. The ideal candidate will possess a M.Pharma degree and demonstrate a strong understanding of recruitment processes, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand non-IT staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates for various non-IT roles (e.g., administrative, finance, HR, operations support) using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain an organized database of candidates and track recruitment progress using HRIS/ATS systems.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract high-caliber talent.
- Leverage your M.Pharma background to understand the nuances of roles that may require scientific or technical acumen in non-IT capacities, such as quality control support or regulatory affairs administration within the manufacturing context.
