Recruiting for Oiler - Government / Public Administration Team

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Oiler with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team within the Government / Public Administration sector at NTPC. The ideal candidate will possess an MBA/PGDM and a strong understanding of operational processes and resource management within a large public sector undertaking. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our power generation facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the maintenance and operation of power generation equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards are met.

Monitor and record operational data, including fuel levels, pressure, temperature, and other critical parameters.

Perform routine lubrication and cleaning of machinery and equipment as per established schedules and guidelines.

Support senior engineers and technicians in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental policies, and operational procedures.

Contribute to inventory management of lubricants, oils, and other operational consumables.

Participate in regular equipment inspections and preventive maintenance activities.

Prepare reports on operational status, maintenance activities, and any deviations observed.
