Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated individual with 2-3 years of experience and an M.Pharma degree to join our Power Operations and Maintenance team in Indore. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our power generation facilities, with a focus on specialized support functions within the operations and maintenance domain. The ideal candidate will leverage their pharmaceutical background to contribute to unique aspects of plant operations, safety protocols, and specialized maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of specialized operational procedures related to chemical handling, waste management, and environmental compliance within the power plant, drawing parallels from pharmaceutical industry standards.
- Support the maintenance team in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues in plant equipment, with a particular focus on systems that require precise monitoring and control.
- Contribute to the safety management system by identifying potential hazards and recommending mitigation strategies, applying principles of risk assessment and quality control learned during M.Pharma.
- Participate in regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to operational and safety regulations.
- Manage and maintain documentation related to operational activities, maintenance logs, and incident reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and safety departments, to achieve operational excellence.
- Conduct research and provide technical support for the implementation of new technologies or process improvements.
- Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with company policies and industry best practices.
