Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Metals & Mining team, ensuring all processes are executed efficiently.
• Assist in data entry, record keeping, and maintaining operational documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
• Support in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other operational documents.
• Identify and report any operational issues or inefficiencies, and assist in developing solutions.
• Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements as required.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the operations department.
