* Provide guidance on resume writing, cover letter development, and interview preparation.
* Identify potential job opportunities and networking leads within the medical services and hospital industry.
* Facilitate workshops on career transition, skill development, and job search strategies.
* Maintain confidential records of employee interactions and progress.
* Collaborate with HR to ensure a compassionate and efficient offboarding process.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in outplacement and career counseling.
