Recruiting for Payroll Manager - FinTech / Payments Team (1-2 Yrs)

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Payroll Manager with 1-2 years of experience and a Diploma to join our growing FinTech/Payments team in Bangalore. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees, adhering to all statutory compliances and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage employee data in the payroll system, including new hires, terminations, and changes in salary or benefits.
• Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and statutory requirements (e.g., PF, ESI, PT, TDS on salaries).
• Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and relevant authorities.
• Handle employee queries related to payroll and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
• Support in internal and external payroll audits.
