Recruiting for Pipeline Project Supervisor - Design Team

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pipeline Project Supervisor with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic Design Team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have an MBA/PGDM and a passion for managing and optimizing project workflows within a fast-paced startup environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of design projects from conception to delivery, working closely with designers, project managers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the design project pipeline, ensuring timely progress and resource allocation.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, identifying and mitigating potential risks.

Facilitate communication between internal design teams, external stakeholders, and clients.

Assist in the development and refinement of project management methodologies and best practices.

Generate regular project status reports for senior management.

Support project managers in resource planning and task assignment.

Ensure adherence to quality standards and design principles throughout the project lifecycle.
