We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Plant / Factory Head with 3-4 years of experience to lead our manufacturing operations in Lucknow. This role is crucial for driving efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement within our packaging and containers facility. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of design thinking and operational expertise, leveraging their M.Des background to optimize production processes and product development.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.

Implement and manage lean manufacturing principles to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.

Collaborate with design and R&D teams to translate product concepts into manufacturable solutions, leveraging M.Des insights for process innovation.

Manage a team of production staff, fostering a culture of safety, productivity, and continuous learning.

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Monitor plant performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

Manage inventory, supply chain, and logistics for raw materials and finished goods.

Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising on quality or safety.
