Recruiting for Plant / Factory Manager - Design Team (1-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Plant / Factory Manager with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Chandigarh. This role is crucial for overseeing our production and operational processes within our design manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will have a BCA degree and a foundational understanding of operational workflows, inventory management, and quality control, coupled with a keen interest in the design industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the manufacturing unit, ensuring efficiency and adherence to production schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with procurement and sales teams.
- Implement and maintain quality control standards throughout the production process.
- Manage and train a small team of production staff, fostering a productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the factory premises.
- Assist in optimizing production workflows and identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate production records and generate regular reports for management.
- Coordinate with the design and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
