Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Plant Maintenance Manager with 0-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Lucknow. This role is ideal for an Any Graduate looking to kick-start their career in a corporate environment within the Analytics/KPO/Research sector. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our facility's maintenance functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of routine maintenance activities for plant machinery and equipment.
Support in troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed, including parts used and time spent.
Participate in safety inspections and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance services.
Assist in inventory management of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
Learn and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
