Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated individual with a Diploma in a relevant field and 3-4 years of experience to join our Port & Maritime Operations team within the FinTech/Payments sector. This role will support the smooth functioning of our operations, focusing on logistics, documentation, and coordination related to our business activities in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and coordinating port and maritime related operational tasks as per company requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all necessary documentation for shipments and operational activities.
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and external agencies to facilitate operational workflows.
- Maintain records of operational activities, including inventory, logistics, and compliance.
- Support in the implementation and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Participate in daily operational meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks.
- Identify and report any operational challenges or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Assist in tracking the movement of goods and ensuring timely delivery.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the operations department.
- Handle administrative tasks related to port and maritime operations.
