Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and analytical professional with 3-4 years of experience and a strong LLM background to join our Power Generation - Other team within the Medical Services / Hospital sector. This role is crucial for ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of our critical power infrastructure, which directly supports patient care and hospital operations in Coimbatore.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the legal and regulatory compliance related to power generation and supply within healthcare facilities, ensuring adherence to all applicable Indian laws and hospital policies.
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and interpreting contracts and agreements with power suppliers, equipment vendors, and maintenance service providers.
Conduct legal research on power generation policies, environmental regulations, and renewable energy incentives relevant to the healthcare industry in India.
Provide legal guidance on risk management strategies concerning power outages and backup systems.
Liaise with internal stakeholders (engineering, facilities management) and external legal counsel on power-related matters.
Assist in dispute resolution and litigation support related to power generation contracts and liabilities.
