Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Practice Manager / Head within our Events and Live Entertainment division. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with a strong technical background (M.Tech) looking to gain hands-on experience in managing and optimizing event operations and strategies. You will be instrumental in supporting the smooth execution of various live entertainment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of live events and entertainment projects.

Support project managers and team leads in day-to-day operational tasks.

Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the events industry.

Help in managing vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

Contribute to the development and implementation of operational strategies and best practices.

Prepare reports and presentations for management on project progress and performance metrics.

Leverage technical knowledge from M.Tech to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
