Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual for the role of Practice Manager / Head, with 0-1 years of experience, to support our initiatives within the Government and Public Administration sector. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent M.Tech graduate eager to contribute to impactful projects and gain hands-on experience in managing public sector engagements. You will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of our solutions and services to government clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day management of government/public administration projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Support the development and implementation of strategies for engaging with government bodies and public sector organizations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, legal, operations) to facilitate project execution and client satisfaction.
- Conduct research on public policy, government initiatives, and sector-specific trends to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for client meetings and internal reviews.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and ensure clear understanding of project requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our practices and processes within the government sector.
