We are seeking a dynamic and technically adept Pre Sales Consultant with 3-5 years of experience, holding an M.Pharma degree, to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between our cutting-edge electronics manufacturing solutions and our clients' specific needs. Your pharmaceutical background will provide a unique perspective in understanding complex requirements and articulating technical value propositions, particularly in areas where precision and quality are paramount. You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, develop compelling proposals, and ensure customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and articulate the technical capabilities and benefits of our electronics manufacturing products and services to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
- Analyze customer needs and challenges, translating them into technical solutions and proposals.
- Provide expert advice on product selection, integration, and application, leveraging your M.Pharma knowledge where relevant.
- Respond to technical queries and RFPs (Requests for Proposals) with accurate and comprehensive information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in electronics manufacturing and related sectors.
- Contribute to product development feedback based on market and customer insights.
