Recruiting for Principal - Electrical Equipment Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Principal with 3-4 years of experience in the electrical equipment industry. Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert legal counsel on a wide range of matters concerning the electrical equipment sector, including product liability, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiation.

Review and draft complex legal documents, agreements, and policies relevant to the manufacturing and sale of electrical equipment.

Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on emerging legal trends and their impact on the company's operations and strategic objectives.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineering, sales, and compliance departments, to provide legal support and solutions.

Assist in the development and implementation of legal strategies to protect the company's interests and minimize potential liabilities.

Stay abreast of relevant Indian and international laws and regulations affecting the electrical equipment industry.
