Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our Iron & Steel division as a Principal / Partner / Director. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-3 years of experience, holding a B.Sc degree, and possessing a deep understanding of the steel industry, particularly within the Indian market. You will be instrumental in driving growth, managing key client relationships, and contributing to the strategic direction of our operations in Guwahati.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth within the iron and steel sector.
Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government bodies.
Oversee project execution and ensure alignment with company objectives and industry best practices.
Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and provide insights to senior leadership.
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and strategic goals.
Contribute to the financial performance and profitability of the business unit.
