Recruiting for Private Attorney / Lawyer - Content Development / Language Team (1-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a diligent and technically inclined Private Attorney / Lawyer with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic Content Development and Language team. This role is crucial for navigating the legal intricacies of our digital products and services, ensuring compliance, and protecting intellectual property within the fast-paced tech environment. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of legal acumen and a foundational understanding of technology, likely gained through a B.Tech/B.E. background, enabling them to bridge the gap between legal requirements and technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review and draft various legal documents including contracts, agreements, terms of service, and privacy policies, with a focus on digital content and software licensing.
* Provide legal counsel on intellectual property matters, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, especially concerning our software and content offerings.
* Ensure compliance with Indian and international data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, IT Act) relevant to our operations and client data.
* Conduct legal research on emerging trends in technology law, content moderation, and digital rights.
* Assist in dispute resolution and litigation, liaising with external counsel when necessary.
* Collaborate with the product development and content teams to identify and mitigate legal risks.
* Advise on regulatory compliance specific to the content development and language services sector.
* Manage and maintain legal records and documentation.
