Recruiting for Private Attorney / Lawyer - Water Treatment / Waste Management Team

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Private Attorney / Lawyer with 2-4 years of experience to join our legal team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of corporate law, contract management, and regulatory compliance within the Indian context, particularly as it pertains to the water treatment and waste management industry. A Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree is essential for this role, providing a foundational understanding of financial and business law.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, MOUs, and service level agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies.

Provide legal counsel on corporate matters, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic initiatives.

Ensure adherence to all environmental regulations, permits, and licensing requirements applicable to the water treatment and waste management sector in India.

Advise on intellectual property rights, litigation, and dispute resolution matters.

Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in Indian corporate law, environmental law, and industry-specific regulations.

Manage and maintain legal records and documentation.

Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents with relevant government authorities.
