Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a foundational understanding of process optimization. This role is crucial for streamlining operations within our film and music content production and distribution workflows, ensuring efficiency and quality. You will be instrumental in analyzing current processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing improvements to enhance productivity and resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing production and distribution processes to identify areas for improvement in terms of efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
- Develop and implement process improvements using engineering principles and relevant software tools.
- Document process flows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content acquisition, production, marketing, and distribution, to understand their needs and integrate process solutions.
- Monitor the performance of implemented processes and gather data for further analysis and refinement.
- Troubleshoot process-related issues and propose effective solutions.
- Assist in the development and execution of pilot projects for new process initiatives.
