We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineer (Refining) with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic Hardware & Networking team in Surat. As a Process Engineer (Refining), you will play a crucial role in optimizing and refining our manufacturing and operational processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and yield within the hardware and networking domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze existing refining processes for hardware and networking components and identify areas for improvement.

Develop and implement new or modified processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.

Conduct experiments and trials to validate process changes and collect data for analysis.

Monitor process performance and troubleshoot any deviations or issues that arise.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless process integration.

Maintain detailed documentation of processes, procedures, and experimental results.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in refining processes for hardware and networking.
