Recruiting for Process / Operational Excellence - Content Development / Language Team

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated individual with a Doctorate/PhD to join our Process / Operational Excellence team. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience looking to apply advanced problem-solving skills to optimize processes within our Content Development and Language services division. You will be instrumental in driving efficiency, quality, and innovation across our operations in Lucknow.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze existing processes within content development and language services to identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement process enhancements using methodologies like Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar frameworks.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, flowcharts, and performance metrics.
- Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues and propose data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, linguists, and project managers, to ensure successful implementation of process changes.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
- Research and propose innovative solutions and best practices for operational excellence in the content and language domain.
- Support the development and execution of change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
- Utilize statistical analysis and data visualization tools to present findings and recommendations.
