Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to employees, covering operational procedures, product knowledge, and compliance requirements.

Assess training effectiveness through feedback, quizzes, and performance monitoring, and provide reports to management.

Support the onboarding process for new hires by conducting initial training and providing guidance.

Stay updated with industry best practices and changes in financial regulations to ensure training content is current and relevant.

Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees requiring additional assistance with processes.
