We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Procurement / Sourcing Head with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing our procurement strategies within the Investment Banking / Venture Capital / Private Equity domain. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sourcing best practices and a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree, with a keen eye for cost-efficiency and supplier relationship management. You will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services essential to our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing and procurement plans aligned with company objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality standards and ethical practices.
• Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with vendors to achieve cost savings and optimize value.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from requisition to payment, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor supplier performance and build strong, collaborative relationships.
