We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic IT Services & Consulting team in Jaipur. This role is ideal for a candidate with a Bachelor of Arts degree who is passionate about shaping the future of loan products within the financial services sector. You will be instrumental in driving product strategy, development, and launch, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for loan products.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the loan market.
Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Prioritize product backlog and manage sprint planning for agile development teams.
Define and track key product metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure product compliance with relevant financial regulations and industry standards.
Facilitate user acceptance testing and gather feedback for product enhancements.
