Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer (Refining) with 0-2 years of experience and a BCA degree to join our dynamic team in Guwahati. This role is crucial for supporting our refining processes within the electronic components and semiconductors manufacturing division. The ideal candidate will assist in project execution, process monitoring, and data analysis, contributing to the efficiency and quality of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of refining projects within the semiconductor manufacturing process.
- Support senior engineers in process optimization and troubleshooting.
- Collect, analyze, and report on process data to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards and safety protocols.
- Maintain project documentation and records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and R&D.
- Learn and apply new technologies and methodologies in refining processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
