Recruiting for Project Manager - Construction - Hotels & Restaurants Team

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager - Construction with 2-4 years of experience, holding a Master of Design (M.Des) degree, to join our dynamic team in Vishakhapatnam. This role is crucial for overseeing the successful execution of construction projects within our hospitality and restaurant portfolio. You will be responsible for managing all phases of construction projects, from planning and design to execution and handover, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your M.Des background will be invaluable in ensuring aesthetic coherence and functional design integration within construction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and management of project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Review and approve construction drawings, specifications, and material submittals.
- Manage project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and progress reports.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating as necessary.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant building codes, regulations, and company standards.
- Support the procurement process for materials and services.
- Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders.
- Contribute design-informed perspectives to construction problem-solving.
