We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Project / Program Risk professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic Courier / Logistics team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree and a proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks within complex project and program lifecycles. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful and timely delivery of our logistics initiatives by proactively managing potential threats and capitalizing on opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive risk management frameworks for logistics projects and programs.
- Conduct risk identification workshops, analyses, and assessments to pinpoint potential issues across operational, financial, technical, and strategic domains.
- Quantify and prioritize risks based on their potential impact and likelihood.
- Design and propose mitigation strategies, contingency plans, and risk response actions.
- Monitor and track identified risks, ensuring the effectiveness of mitigation efforts and reporting on risk status to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers, program leads, and cross-functional teams to integrate risk management into project planning and execution.
- Maintain risk registers and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze project and program data to identify emerging risk trends and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory changes relevant to logistics risk management.
