Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Project / Program Risk professional with 3-4 years of experience and an LLM degree to join our dynamic team at BookMyShow. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with our diverse range of live entertainment projects and programs across India. Your legal acumen from your LLM will be crucial in navigating contractual risks, compliance, and regulatory landscapes specific to the events industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for new and ongoing projects within the events and live entertainment domain.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, including contingency plans and incident response protocols.
- Analyze contractual agreements to identify potential legal and financial risks, providing insights and recommendations to legal and project teams.
- Monitor project progress and identify emerging risks, escalating critical issues to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, operations, and marketing, to ensure a holistic approach to risk management.
- Stay updated on relevant Indian laws, regulations, and industry best practices impacting the entertainment sector.
- Prepare risk reports and present findings to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of potential threats and proposed solutions.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the company's overall risk management framework.
