Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Refinery Operations Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing Water Treatment and Waste Management team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our water treatment and waste management facilities, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with environmental regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of chemical processes, operational management, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the operational performance of water and wastewater treatment plants.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor and control process parameters to maintain water quality and treatment efficiency.
- Supervise and train plant operators and maintenance staff.
- Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting of equipment and systems.
- Manage inventory of chemicals and consumables, ensuring timely procurement.
- Develop and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare operational reports, including performance metrics, incident reports, and maintenance logs.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams on plant upgrades and new installations.
