Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Refinery Operator with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic Hardware & Networking team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Des degree and have a keen understanding of product design principles applied to hardware components and network infrastructure. You will be instrumental in refining and optimizing our hardware assets and network configurations to ensure peak performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior engineers and designers to refine the physical design and ergonomics of networking hardware components.
- Analyze existing hardware configurations and propose design improvements based on user feedback and performance data.
- Assist in the development and testing of new hardware prototypes, focusing on user experience and manufacturability.
- Contribute to the documentation of hardware specifications, design guidelines, and operational procedures.
- Monitor network performance metrics and identify areas for design-related optimization.
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings to provide design insights and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail in all design and refinement tasks.
