Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Refrigeration / HVAC Engineer with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences team in Jaipur. This role is crucial for ensuring the optimal performance and maintenance of critical HVAC and refrigeration systems that support our advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of these systems, ensuring compliance with stringent industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of HVAC and refrigeration systems for pharmaceutical facilities, adhering to cGMP and other regulatory guidelines.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of new HVAC/refrigeration equipment and systems.
- Conduct regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of existing HVAC and refrigeration units to ensure operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Monitor system performance, analyze data, and implement improvements to optimize energy consumption and maintain precise environmental conditions (temperature, humidity).
- Ensure all maintenance and repair activities are documented accurately and comply with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and maintenance, to address system-related issues.
- Participate in energy audits and implement cost-saving measures related to HVAC and refrigeration operations.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in HVAC/refrigeration technology and best practices within the pharmaceutical industry.
