Recruiting for Refrigeration / HVAC Engineer - Software Product Team

We are seeking a motivated Refrigeration / HVAC Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic Software Product Team in Noida. This role is crucial for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our data centers and office infrastructure, which are critical to our software product development and delivery. You will work on designing, implementing, and maintaining sophisticated HVAC and refrigeration systems, contributing directly to the operational efficiency of our cutting-edge technology environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement HVAC and refrigeration systems for data centers and office facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company requirements.

Monitor system performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions to optimize energy consumption and maintain desired environmental conditions.

Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including chillers, air handling units, cooling towers, and control systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT infrastructure and facilities management, to address system issues and support project requirements.

Troubleshoot and diagnose problems related to HVAC and refrigeration systems, providing timely and effective solutions.

Maintain detailed records of system performance, maintenance activities, and repair logs.

Assist in the evaluation and selection of new HVAC and refrigeration equipment and technologies.
