Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Release Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree and a strong understanding of software release processes within the agrochemical industry. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling software releases to ensure timely and efficient delivery of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage release schedules, ensuring alignment with project timelines and business objectives.
- Coordinate with development, QA, operations, and business teams to ensure smooth and successful releases.
- Define and implement release processes, best practices, and standards.
- Manage the build and deployment pipeline, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct release readiness reviews and post-release evaluations.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with software releases.
- Maintain release documentation and communication channels.
- Monitor release performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and quality standards.
