Recruiting for Repair and Maintenance - Events / Live Entertainment Team (2-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Repair and Maintenance professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic Events / Live Entertainment team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree and a strong understanding of maintaining and repairing event infrastructure and equipment to ensure seamless execution of live events. This role is crucial for ensuring the operational readiness and safety of all event-related assets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on event equipment, including sound systems, lighting rigs, staging, and other technical infrastructure.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and structural issues promptly to minimize downtime during event setup and operation.
- Maintain an inventory of spare parts and consumables, and manage procurement as needed.
- Collaborate with event production teams to understand technical requirements and provide support for setup, operation, and dismantle phases.
- Ensure all maintenance and repair activities comply with safety regulations and company standards.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment status in a logbook or digital system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during live events.
- Assist in the setup and dismantling of event infrastructure, including stages, booths, and decorative elements.
