Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Repair and Maintenance Associate. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our workspace, ensuring all facilities and equipment are in optimal working condition.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine checks and maintenance on office equipment, including computers, printers, and other IT hardware.
- Identify and troubleshoot minor technical issues with office equipment and escalate complex problems to IT support.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new office equipment.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and consumables for maintenance tasks.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the office premises, including common areas and meeting rooms.
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist in minor repairs and upkeep of office furniture and fixtures.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repair and maintenance services.
- Support the administrative team with general office management tasks as needed.
