Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Retail Team Leader with 1-3 years of experience and an M.Sc degree to join our growing Defence & Aerospace team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing retail operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service within our specialized product segments. This role requires a strong understanding of retail dynamics, excellent leadership qualities, and a keen interest in the defence and aerospace sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock control.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and addressing customer concerns effectively.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
- Collaborate with management on strategic planning, promotions, and new product launches.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail environment.
