Recruiting for RF Engineering - BPM Team

We are seeking an experienced RF Engineer with 3-5 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic BPM (Business Process Management) team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing radio frequency (RF) systems and components, ensuring optimal performance and integration within our business process solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of RF principles, signal processing, and wireless communication protocols, coupled with the ability to contribute to innovative engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement RF circuits, subsystems, and systems for various applications.
- Perform RF system simulations, analysis, and performance testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve RF-related issues in hardware and software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF components into larger systems.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in RF technology and industry best practices.
- Contribute to the development of new RF engineering methodologies and tools.
- Document design specifications, test procedures, and performance reports.
