We are seeking a qualified Rheumatologist with a Diploma to join our Business Process Management (BPM) team in Kochi. This role is ideal for a professional with 2-4 years of experience looking to apply their medical expertise in a dynamic corporate environment. You will be responsible for providing expert medical opinions and support within our BPM operations, focusing on health-related processes and client support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze medical cases related to rheumatology for claims processing and documentation accuracy.
- Provide clear and concise medical interpretations to non-medical personnel.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies in all medical assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency and quality.
- Assist in developing and updating medical guidelines and protocols.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding rheumatological conditions and treatment.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
