We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Rheumatologist with 1-2 years of experience and an LLB degree to join our esteemed Legal Team in Bhubaneshwar. This role is crucial for advising on and managing legal matters related to healthcare, medical malpractice, and regulatory compliance within the rheumatology domain. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both medical principles and legal frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and interpret medical records and scientific literature relevant to rheumatological conditions for legal case preparation.
Assist in drafting legal documents, opinions, and contracts pertaining to healthcare services, pharmaceutical research, and medical device regulations.
Conduct legal research on case law, statutes, and regulations impacting rheumatology practice and patient care in India.
Provide legal support and guidance on matters of medical negligence, product liability, and intellectual property within the rheumatology field.
Collaborate with senior legal professionals, medical experts, and clients to understand complex medical-legal issues.
Stay updated on advancements in rheumatology and relevant legal developments.
