Recruiting for Rig Supervisor - Engineering & Construction Team

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Rig Supervisor with 3-5 years of experience and an M.Pharma qualification to oversee and manage rig operations within our Engineering & Construction division. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and compliant execution of all drilling and related activities at our project sites, particularly in Surat. This role requires a unique blend of technical oversight and a strong understanding of safety and regulatory protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all activities related to rig operations, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and procedures on the rig site, conducting regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Manage and guide rig crew, providing technical expertise and ensuring proper training and performance.
- Monitor rig equipment performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations, including those applicable to chemical handling and waste disposal, leveraging M.Pharma knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of rig operations, including drilling parameters, equipment status, and safety incidents.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of rig operations with overall project objectives.
- Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Respond to emergencies and incidents effectively, leading mitigation efforts.
