Recruiting for Risk Manager - Manufacturing & Production Team

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Risk Manager with 3-4 years of experience to join our Manufacturing & Production team in Indore. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and regulatory compliance within the manufacturing sector. This role requires a keen analytical mind and the ability to translate legal and regulatory requirements into practical risk management frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across manufacturing operations, identifying potential financial, operational, legal, and compliance risks.
- Develop and implement robust risk mitigation strategies and action plans to address identified risks.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing risk management policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local and national regulations, including those pertaining to manufacturing, safety, and environmental standards.
- Liaise with legal counsel and other stakeholders to interpret and apply legal and contractual obligations to risk management.
- Prepare detailed risk reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Stay abreast of emerging risks and industry best practices in risk management.
