We are seeking a motivated and creative Sales Advisor with a B.Des degree and 0-1 years of experience to join our dynamic Internet Team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be instrumental in understanding client needs and showcasing our innovative internet-based solutions. Your design background will be a unique asset in communicating value and user experience to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their business challenges and requirements related to internet services and software solutions.
- Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of Zoho's products, leveraging your design perspective to highlight user experience and interface.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop tailored presentations and proposals.
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral and sales materials that are visually appealing and informative.
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on client interactions and market insights.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
