Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Sales Support & Operations team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of our sales processes and supporting the overall operational efficiency within the Indian Railways sector. The ideal candidate will have a B.Sc degree and 2-3 years of relevant experience, with a keen understanding of sales operations and support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the sales team, including managing documentation, preparing reports, and maintaining sales records.
- Assist in the coordination of sales activities, including client follow-ups, scheduling meetings, and preparing presentations.
- Process sales orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., production, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless execution of sales commitments.
- Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt resolutions, escalating issues as needed.
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and operational improvements.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales support activities.
