Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., inventory, logistics, finance) to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales data in the CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support for sales-related queries.
- Assist in the planning and execution of sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the sales operations function.
- Manage day-to-day operational tasks to support the smooth running of the sales department.
