Recruiting for Second Officer / Mate - Packaging & Containers Team

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Second Officer / Mate with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic Packaging & Containers team in Indore. This role is crucial for overseeing and managing various aspects of our packaging operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess a BBA/BBM degree and a foundational understanding of supply chain and operational management within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the planning and execution of daily production schedules for packaging lines.
* Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring adequate stock.
* Coordinate with logistics and warehousing teams to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
* Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain product integrity.
* Support the training and supervision of junior operational staff.
* Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and operational activities.
* Identify and report any operational inefficiencies or potential issues.
* Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, and quality assurance.
