Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with 2-3 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our Manufacturing & Production team as a Security / Fraud - Other specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, investigating, and mitigating security and fraud risks within our manufacturing operations. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to apply technical expertise to protect company assets and data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security protocols and fraud prevention strategies specific to the manufacturing environment.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses of production processes and systems.
- Investigate potential security breaches, anomalies, and fraudulent activities, gathering evidence and preparing detailed reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and legal, to address security incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging threats in manufacturing security and fraud.
- Utilize data analytics and forensic tools to detect and prevent unauthorized access or financial irregularities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of security policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
